Assessment: Virtual care may not be as effective as in-person physical examinations. The practitioner may recommend an in-person follow-up if a virtual diagnosis is not in your best interest.
Technology: We are not liable for technical failures like dropped calls or internet outages that may interrupt a session.
Informed Consent
By using this service, you consent to receiving healthcare via telemedicine and understand the privacy risks associated with electronic communication.Payment & Cancellations
Consultation fees are due at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a penalty fee.
You are responsible for any costs not covered by your medical aid.
